Google is now doing simple translations directly into the search results. Now, if you type a query in a non-English language, Google will now show a Google Translate box right at the top of the search results.

If the query has multiple means, you can expand the box to see more.
Google Operating System blog was the first to notice to addition.
It only seems to work on short 1-2 word queries. Longer queries just show the regular search results without the addition of the translate box.
