If you have taken great pride in attending all or nearly all of the Google Dances, you will probably be disappointed to learn you will likely be missing the next one. Google is hosting a Google Dance later this month in Tokyo, Japan.
Takeaki Kanaya and Nagayama Ichiseki from Google in Japan are sharing hosting duties with Gary Illyes.
Google Dance Tokyo
Takeaki Kanaya (@jumpingknee) May 12, 2016
It is being held at the Google Tokyo office on May 25, 2016. There will also be a Q&A on Google Search as well, which will be pretty interesting and hopefully some live tweets come out of it!
There is a capacity of only 50 people, so you need to submit your name to attend. If there are more than 50 webmasters interested in attending, Google will choose attendees lottery style.
I will be missing my second one, but it is great that they are supporting the webmaster community with Google Dances in other locations too.
You can also read about the Google Dance held earlier this year in Mountain View here. It was the first Google Dance held in years, and was also hosted by Illyes, along with Nathan Johns.
